We provide Annual Maintenance Contracts with a fixed amount of visits throughout the year. During each visit, our Customer Service Engineer (CSE) performs a thorough inspection of the machine using specialised tools to record operating parameters.
After the examination, the CSE will provide suggestions for maintenance and parts that should be stocked for optimised operations.
If you don't want to be bothered with maintenance and stocking of consumables, then a Preventive Maintenance Contract is the perfect option for you. Our Customer Support Engineers will bring all necessary filters and fluids, and carry out maintenance according to the manufacturer's instructions.
This contract also includes cutting open of used filters, inspection of the drain plug, and scheduled oil sampling, which are integral for condition monitoring.

Each Total Maintenance & Repair (TM&R) contract is custom-made to suit your requirement. It offers complete maintenance and repair at a fixed cost, for an estimated period of operations.
We take care of all scheduled maintenance with Spares, Fluid & Filter changes, Scheduled Oil Sampling, Condition Monitoring of the Engines, repairs for minor or major failures as well as recording of repair history. Genset and Control Panel and Operation can also be included if required.
Our Genset customers can benefit from our Operation and Maintenance Contract (O&M), which guarantees a specified level of power generation and ensures the availability of parts and services along with reduced operation and maintenance costs through preventive maintenance provided by our experienced technicians.
