and eliminating abuse and misuse
must properly operate equipment. At
Nityanand, proper service and
maintenance keeps equipment working
at peak efficiency; so service and
maintenance is never looked as a
drain on income. Rather, we consider
it a contribution to the output.
We have a
comprehensive service and
maintenance program in order to
prevent malfunction at the times of
critical work executions. This
includes the mechanical adjusting
and tune-up of equipment and the
detection and correction of small
problems before they become major
problems.
We maintain history
records to clearly establish the
equipment's productivity, problem
areas, and repair costs. Our
management system of equipment
creates a detailed inventory of all
major items. This includes the
manufacturer, model, year and
number, attachments, and a list of
the major components and parts
required for normal service. This
record also provides a place to list
major repairs.
Good equipment
management requires that everyone
share the responsibility. Our
equipment department makes the best
equipment selection and follow-up on
the problems encountered. The
purchasing department, on the other
hand, procures the equipment at the
best price. Finally, the field
operators and mechanics make sure
the equipment is properly operated
and cared for, assuring you the
guarantee of Nityanand commitment
towards its customers.
The
infrastructure required for repair
of these machineries like
transportation of man and material,
tools and tackle, special tools for
repairs are available with us on a
24 x 7 basis. If the problem
persists and is not rectifies at
site, our workshop set up at Vashi &
Panvel takes care of major repairs
and overhauling.
