Code will assist staff, with their
executive and non-executive
responsibilities by providing a
clear set of principles and
guidelines on standards of expected
behaviour.
This Organisation
has a tradition of joint efforts and
commitment to high ethical
standards. It is the responsibility
of Directors and Staff to maintain
those standards.
In establishing
standards of integrity and conduct
for the Organisation, this Code
encourages an ideal that gives

ancillary businesses, its greatest

business performance. It also sends
a strong message in developing a
conduct for our business in reaching
our goal of being a successful
business conglomerate, with a
uniform methodology in creating an
environment of social responsibility
for all stakeholders.
Accountability: You are
accountable to the company for your
decisions and actions, and must
consider issues on their merits,
taking into account the views of
others. This means recording reasons
for decisions, submitting to
scrutiny, keeping proper records,
compliance to documentation and
procedures, formulation of policies
and activities.
Objectivity: You
must make decisions solely on merit
and in accordance with your
statutory obligations when carrying
out business. This includes the
making of appointments, application
of tenders or recommending vendors
for rewards or benefits. This means
fairness to all; impartial
assessment; merit selection in
recruitment and in purchase and sale
of the organisations resources;
considering only relevant matters. |
